This is my second attempt on washi tape cut and paste. Chinese and Taiwanese bloggers are very good at this technique, it’s called 胶带拼贴。Here, I started with the easiest method, with only one background and the main character.
First, paste the scenery on the desired journal page, then paste the girl with a yellow dress on the scenery. By using a paper-knife, cut along the girl and the scenery below the girl.
Finally, remove the scenery sticker below the girl, which have the girl’s shape. On this step, you might want to only remove only part of the girl so that the sticker will be back on the same spot.
